Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
